Also, if I remember correctly DLH couldn't outbox Mosley and Oscar was in his prime then but Cotto was able to against the same guy. Not to mention Oscar wasn't really a boxer, he liked to fight just like Cotto does as well though. I'm really not sure who would win but... I'm going with Cotto, simply because he beat Mosley and DLH couldn't.
Go ahead and tell me which of those Cotto beats prime for prime. I'll wait.

i believe Mosley was still in his prime when he lost to Cotto. he may not be in the peak of his prime but still pretty good. it would be a close fight. we're talking about both their primes. so i dont believe some people we're saying oscar will destroy or K.O. Cotto inside 6 rounds.

That's when Oscar was way above his best weight class and a year or two past his prime, and Hopkins was just a bigger, better fighter. He could take Cotto's body punches and be fine, as long as Cotto wasn't landing them at will.

The guy lost 5 big fights in a row (I don't count the Vargas fights as big wins because he was shot as hell and still gave him problems, and I count DLH II as a loss). He certainly wasn't in his prime by the time he fought Cotto. He wasn't as quick and his movement wasn't as good either. I will admit he did look pretty good against Collazo, but that's Collazo.

and for christ sakes, the mosley version that fought dlh would of knocked cotto out silly.

Oscar fought a more prime version of Mosley for one.Hoya was a boxer dude always has been.He could **** if need be but always boxed.IMO Cotto would have lost to fighters like Quartey, and Whitaker and Maybe even Oba Carr.Look at Hoya's loses...Every fighter you named that Hoya lost too was in their primes and all of his biggest win's he won over a fight in their primes(except Chavez)Hoya gets a bad rap on here.He was a great fighter who always took on the hard fight win or lose.IMO Cotto would lose to Hoya Hoya's jab is way better then Cotto's TBH Hoya had one of the best Jabs Ive ever seen.He has a reach advantage over Cotto and his movement and hand speed is better.Sorry but we are talking about prime Hoya vs prime Cotto Hoya wins weather by KO or the Cards Hoya takes this one.

Mosley was past his prime and best weight when he was fighting Winky. He was still dangerous when he fought Cotto but not still prime.
