I think this would happen too, Angulo has serious power and puts the pressure on while Kirkland is more of a relentless pressure fighter but doesn't have 1 shot ko power and is very easy to hit just coming in swinging wildly with no real technique.

If Kirkland really is having problems with Ann Wolfe and he goes with someone else I have a feeling he may become like Tyson did after Cus died. I don't think any other trainer would (mentally) pamper James like Ann did. Also, last I read they were talking about trying to get him in a fight within just a couple of months after being released. I hope they don't rush it that quickly or he may not be mentally or physically ready for it.

I don't know I think Kirkland has the POTENTIAL to beat them all but it depends on how he looks after being away for awhile, he will need maybe 2 fights before he is ready to jump in with the Top 154-160 fighters

I am not all that impressed with Angulo. I've seen him fight live and I've seen what both those guy's did with Julio. Angulo looks great against fringe contenders and 2nd and 3rd tier brawlers and volume punchers.

Kirkland is just too rough and strong for Angulo and once Angulo is backing up, its over.

No, I agree... that's why I put (mentally). I couldn't think of the right word, I agree "pamper" is probably not the right word. I'm not talking about training wise. All her focus is on him, and besides training she has been a "mother" figure or guidance figure. ALL of her attention is on HIM. Her training methods are hardcore for sure, but who knows if he would have gotten as far as he had if he hadn't had that kind of training. Who knows, maybe he will do better without her, no telling. If he is resentful towards her though it may be better for him to move on.
