He doesnt move his head until he gets hit. Almost like a reminder. I think a guy with solid power will take him out.

Agreed. Kirkland is average at best. He doesn't have much head movement and tends to square up way too much, oftern off-balance.

he has been down by a non puncher, and he was looking pretty average(first few shobox appearances) until the last year and a half of his career(where i do agree he stepped up his level big time.....even if he was grossly overrated)...

i like kirkland, but i dont think he has as good a chin or defense, to get away with his plodding style against the elite......

once the Mandingo Warrior learns to move his head(as B already mentioned) he'll be more than a problem for those dudes mentioned....but tbh...I only see Sergio gettin' over on him IMO....Angulo is a beast but offers no puzzle for James to solve....Dee and Sergio offers a few puzzles.....Paul? .....I mean his reach and size advantages is something he always gives up so I REALLY like James's chances against him......by this time next year we'll probably know a lil' more about where the Mandingo Warrior fits at in this loaded hot division....he's my fav in that division but I've always said that he was a KO waiting to happen because of his poor head movement...hopefully he's upgraded his defense because his offense is ****in FIRE!!!....the bull applies pipe bustin' type pressure and packs hurt in both hands.....cant wait till he's back in the mix!!!
