Everyone seems to agree Marquez is at his best at Lightweight so does that mean he should defend his titles against Katsidis and just forget about fighting Amir Khan ?

I never liked this fight & just see Khan looking to use Marquez to build his name as he is still not very popular worldwide !

I think so i dont like a fight with Khan because at this age and at his size he wouldnt have much of a chance other then landing a big punch against the younger bigger Khan. Katsidis would probably make for a foty candidate against Marquez and i would actually favor Marquez in that fight.

I even think JMM's peak was superfeather. I like to see him against Khan who he may have a chance since Khan's chin is still suspect...

Clottey is a gigantic welterweight - Marquez is a very small lightweight. Do the math. Clottey lands and Marquez will drop. He'll never quit - he's too proud for that, but Clottey could knock him cold. He's not a big puncher - for a welterweight, but he's got heavy hands, and this would be a tragic, one-sided beating while it lasted.
