Is DEVON ALEXANDER big in ST. LOUIS?

I know people here that aren't even boxing fans that showing up just to show that we support our people and because it's on HBO, we got 314 636 people on the card and we love our people here. Just go back and peep out Cory Spinks ring walk Vs Judah we get bout it here for our guys, yeah he lost the fight but not from lack of support lol. This city just loves sports and greatness, local boxing is still a good draw as well, most of them include beer with the price of admission so you got people there for entertainment and to watch the matches and most I went to this year were good crowds. I expect this fight to be slammed to show support and they have tickets at 17.50 to make sure anyone that wants to be involved can get in on it at a reasonable price, so i expect this to do well.

St Louis people support their guys no doubt, just look at Nelly's first big hit video. He had Terron Millett in there when 99% of Boxing fans didn't even know who that dude was.

Alexander already has the gate on his side, all he has to do now is build himself up to become an HBO/PPV star. What I really like about Alexander is he wants to fight the best, a lot of guys say that but a very few mean it like Devon.

I spend a lot of time in the STL area because I got family there and they do represent him a lot. I wanted to go to this fight but I will be on vacation in kansas city them.I hope his next fight is in STL again so I can go to it.

St Louis just seems like a great fight town. They supported Cory Spinks whole heartedly, and then they packed the house for Latimore too.

Can we expect that kinda support for Devon Alexander?
