Hes very popular in Mexico the actual country but mexicans here in the US who have never actually been to Mexico don't realize that there are lots and lots of Mexicans that don't look like Indian half breeds. Hell sinaloa where JC Chavez is from is famous for it's light skinned blonde haired women.
Louis CK the comedian was actually born in Mexico and he is actually Mexican himself. He has red hair and light skin just like canello. Intresting huh?Comment

I actually had no idea that Louis CK was mexican. He looks like a straight white guy. Im pissed they canceled his Lucky Louie show.
I just think thats why a lot of Mexicans on NSB dont like him. Its his skin color, freckles and red hair. Hyperion and others like him arent fooling anyone.Comment

Louis Szekely was born in Washington, D.C.,[3] the son of Mary and Luis Szekely, an economist.[4] His mother is of Irish Catholic descent and his father, a native of Mexico, is of Mexican Catholic and Hungarian ***ish ancestry.[3][5][6] He was raised Catholic until the age of ten, at which point he chose to leave organized religion.[citation needed] After spending seven years in Mexico City,[7] Szekely's family moved to Massachusetts—first Framingham and then Newton. His family pronounces their surname, Hungarian-origin Szekely, roughly as [se'-kei], and in his grade-school years he resorted to "C.K." as an easy way to get his name pronounced almost correctly as [si' key].[8]
At one time he was roommates with fellow comedian David Cross.
He was married to New York artist and painter Alix Bailey in 1995; they divorced in 2009. He has two daughters from the marriage[9] and shares joint custody of them with Bailey.[10]
