Both Sugar Rays were businessmen. Robinson is considered the GOAT and he was a shrewd businessman.

The reason Floyd won't be considered the best ever is because he's not fighting top guys often enough. Even if Floyd were fighting the opponents we all want him to see, it'd be hard for anyone nowadays to be considered the best ever when fighters in the past were fighting so often.

That and the fact that despite Floyd being very skilled, smart, & talented, well, boxing history is filled with skilled, talented, and intelligent fighters.
