Basing Mosley's future abilities off of the Mayweather fight is not wise. No one else in boxing can do what Mayweather does which is combine hand speed, unparalleled timing and footwork, and superb defense to completely own most everyone he fights.

That being said I'm pretty confident Mosley kicks the **** out of Mora, he looked drained against Floyd so I think 147 is over for Shane. But he has a very tough match up against Martinez. Although Mosley has really not had many problems when he is allowed to move forward and his footwork is quicker than most who have fought Martinez the guy seems to be boxing on a very high level. Again though you could look at Mosley vs Collazo and draw some parallels. Southpaw, slick , fast hands, boxer and mover. If Mosley can duplicate that performance and draw Martinez into a fire fight he has a good shot.

Also, DLH may have won all those fights you mentioned by boxing, but he tried to slug it out with Mosley and lost. The second fight DLH seem to box more, I feel he won that fight, but Mosley still got the nod. As for Winky and Vernon don't give this **** that they were MW's, they made the 147 pound limit which made them WW so lets end that **** right now. Also, of course Shane can hang with Manny it suits his style but he would still lose, he's not nearly as fast as he used to be and Mayweathers speed ate him alive and Manny is not only as fast but throws more and is more powerful. Mosley would give him a fight but he would still lose to Manny at this stage.

I just want to touch on the Cotto fight again. They landed the same amount of punches but Cotto threw 100 less how in the hell does a guy do the exact same as the other guy, with 100 FEWER punches and end up losing by two rounds? Anyone who thinks Mosley WON the Cotto fight are haters, huggers or just plain ******. I'll give you a draw but thats the closest Mosley will ever come to winning that fight.
Mosley fought Wright at Jr MW that's a fact...Forest IMO lost the 2 fight with Shane but it was a close fight and I was not mad at the outcome.I totally disagree with your assessment of the Cotto Mosley fight.I know guys who do not like either fighter who seen Mosley winning and some guy's who seen Cotto winning. The way I see it.It's all about what ya looking for in a fight. You just admitted the fight was close so anybody could have seen it either way.As far as Pac I would favor Pac to win but won't count Shane.Shane has always had great will and I see that fight being fought with the one with the greatest will winning(Remember Roach stayed away from Shane for a reason)I seen Hoya losing both fights to Shane. The second one I gave to Shane for the same reason I felt he beat(Or fought to a draw)Cotto they look like they wanted out of the fight was moving away avoiding the contact. But we all have are own opinion. You don't have to be a fan boy a hugger or ****** you could have just seen the fight how you seen it.You saying the fight was close then saying anyone seeing the fight for Mosley is a hugger or a fan boy does not make sense.....

Watch him come in at 144 or something for this 150lb fight, Mosley is delusional if he thinks this could ever happen at 160.

Mosley will have to be KO'd or beaten by a bum to quit to much fight in him.

Just because the fight is close doesn't mean that one guy can't clearly win. Of course the fight was close, the landed the same amount of punches they were practically on even terms, however, as I stated before Cotto was more efficient and by quite a bit. He was 5% more accurate than Mosley which doesn't sound like much, but throwing 100 less punches. Also, you say Cotto was "looking" for a way out... I can go with that but it doesn't take away the fact that the 10th or 11th whichever round he started doing so he was still the one landing the harder and more accurate punches by far. Also, it wasn't like Cotto was pulling a DLH vs Tito, I looked at it like more of a change of tactics except for the 12th round which Cotto admitted once he saw the cut he decided to stay away from unnecessary punishment especially considering it was the last round with like 1 minute left. Either way, I'm not going to do this Cotto/Mosley thing, Mosly admitted at best it was a draw. If the guy in the ring admits that he at least didn't win, who else is anyone to say he did? If you need video evidence I'll post it once again.

As for Winky that was my bad, but statement still stands. Mosley took the fight at 154 and thats what they came in at, I don't want to hear someone was too big if they made the agreed upon weight.

I never said he was too big just the fact that Mosley started his career at 135 and these guy's were natural WW and JR MW.I'm also not arguing the Cotto fight everyone has their own opinion just stating that if you gave the fight to Mosley it does not make you a hugger ora fan boy.I'm a hugh fan of Mosley's and will admit I felt he lost both time to Winky and the first fight with Forest.I love Mosley but love Boxing far more...

                    • mosley should've known better. Pac is the catchweight king and he expects Pac/Roach to meet him at 160? Maybe at the 160 championship belt but on another catchweight! boxing is getting ridiculous!
