    No, but I would have taken some real ball for a small guy like him to challenge the legit MW champion who is a good sized SWW.

              Nah, that's not it. It's because he seems to be frightened of allowing WWs and LMWs to come in at the divisional limit - that's what's bugging people. If he were to let Margarito come in at 154, that'd be 50% of the gripes gone already.

                He comes into 154lb fights at around 165, a 10+ rehydration weight indicates he is pretty big for the weight class.
