If he was ever in the top 5 the division was terrible. He is strong and thats it.
He is more suited for Olympic wrestling I think.

He busted Ngoudjo's jaw and beat him handily, a solid, slightly underrated fighter who beat Paul Malignaggi IMO (if not officially)...KO'd Randall Bailey...hung with Berto not too badly up at 147. He was even getting to DA a little before being stopped.

A less polished (LOL) version got lucky against Ben Rabah and was fairly capably handled by Hatton, but he actually improved a bit.

He's not pretty and I'm not a fan and he's not even what I would call 'good' per se, but he's been more effective then you're giving him credit for. His relentlessness and durability will give certain guys trouble. Khan would be one of those guys.

I just about see it the way you see it. Questions would certainly be answered in the fight. Like, how well can Khan handle pressure and if Khan's footwork is up to the task of handling Urango well. Urango could land that punch that ends it we all know that.

Maybe Khan should start stepping up, then...if he's so infallible.
Urango would be a step down for Khan.

Urango is an ok fighter im kind of shocked that Alexander is touted as one of the best round here just because he took him out. Cause in reality Alexander has faced Urango/Old Witter who Bradley had already beat and that's about it for guys with somewhat of a pulse. Also if you rewatch the fight Urango was having quite some success at times, i think the ref could have let it go on a little longer too..

I am not sure how people say Bradley is scared of him but whatever..

Are kidding me? Paulie didn't even have a title so how Urango a step down when he just had a title? And if Witter can beat Kotelnik then Urango definitely could because their just both basically power punchers.

Khan would get the respect as one of the best in the world if he got into the ring with Urango and actually survived and won. It would show he might actually have a chance against Alexander. But he knows if he did he'll die so he's sticking to his lightweights.
