Im diggin this fight, Alvarez will outbox him...I wouldnt worry too much about Baldomir catching him with anything serious. Cotto was alot faster than Baldo will be, Im feeling a Decision win for Alvarez.

Canelo's a good prospect no need to rush, but if you're gonna put him on a PPV undercard, put his ass in there against someone that will win a couple/few rounds at least. Am I crazy or would Sebastian Lujan be a pretty good opponent at this stage?

I don't mind that fight on a PPV undercard, it is kind of a test but if Canelo is headlining a shobox iI want to see him in with someone with a little more mileage left on them.
Besides they need Canelo to really sell that card on that date.

Anyway, this is where the state of boxing is right now. PPV fights for nothing and of absolutely no importance. PPV still should only be the major fights. If they want it to survive and pick up they really need to start thinking about things long term.
Fights like this, all prospect fights and the majority of title fights should all be on free cards. They should then stack the super fights with solid title fights and prospects. People will actually go for them then instead of their being PPV's that suck every week. No one cares about them and more and more e veryone will turn to streaming them all. Why would we pay for this crap?
