I don't agree with this. Even though he didn't want the Klitschko fight, he is still a top 5 heavy. Don't pay any attention to any of these ABC rankings.

Well, I'm not going to quibble about it, but it was a VERY bad fight.

Banks is going to need to do much better than that to go anywhere at all.
