Almost or every elite fighter juices today , Pacquiao's no exception .
Of course he juiced and juices , of course he will not agree to a profound blood test which will either expose him or prevent him from actually being competitive in the fight.
You know what's the difference between warriors like Wright , Delahoya and Mosley to Pacquiao ? While Mosley used PEDs he probably fought without them in some of his fights such as against Mayweather . Pacquiao is afraid to fight without them , not that his team will advise it to him. Another Difference is that Pacquiao will not remain active until the advanced age of Wright and Mosley .
So yes , if Pacquiao will perform significantly worse in physical terms against his next opponent I will find it to be another reinforcement to the "su****ions" about his juicing.
