How is Pacquiao the problem? If every other fighter except Pacquiao was doing OSTs, then I can see where he'd stick out like a sore thumb. Unfortunately, there's still no proof of him using anything illegal. On top of that, it's been about 8 months since the claims of his "PED" or "Steroid" or "EPO" use have made their way into the media, and yet, there's absolutely nothing leaning towards Pacquiao legitimately using PEDs besides he say / she say. Floyd is the only clean boxer and every other fighter is cheating their way to the top. This is the b.s. most Floyd fans would like you to believe. I honestly feel that Manny has to KO Floyd for them to say he is not on PED's because even if he takes the test and beats Floyds they will still find something to hate on.
