your right. This is a blatant contradiction and it's obvious as to why he said this. I wouldn't pay too much attention to what Freddy has to say as he says thing with an agenda in mind (as does damn near everyone in boxing now n days).Comment

Cotto wasn't matching anybody with speed. He timed a few nice jabs in early on, but manny turned on the Jets in round two and let off a 15 punch combination in about 4 seconds in the last 20 seconds on round 2 where Lamply screamed, NOW HERE IS THE SPEED ADVANTAGE. Not to mention the all out assualts in the corners where Pacquiao would land about 10 pucnhes before Cotto could throw anything.I don't think Cotto looked like a sloth. He was matching Pacquiao until he got hurt and dropped. Then he went into his defensive/survival mode.
Clottey can put his punches together well, but you have to actually... uh... throw punches to do that. His footwork is slow and plodding though.Comment

I'm aware of that. A call out and what they will try to push for are two different things. People will expect since Manny is the ring champ at 140 and the fact that is Bradley's best weight, the fight should be there (I agree with this btw). The only problem is that this fight won't benefit Manny the best money wise as compared to other WW bouts....so this is nothing more than Team Pac blowing Bradley off.
Unless Bradley is just trying to cash out, then I highly doubt (esp after the Abregu fight) that he will face Manny at 147. Just my opinion tho........Comment
