Freddie Roach: "Pacquiao has to SKIP MEALS to make 140 lbs"

Pacquiao only weighs a few lbs more on fight night than he did at 130, people that are saying that he eats more to stay at WW are talking out of their ass.Comment

Another fucking false argument.
Almost all those calories are fuel for training ---it isn't to gain weight.
Look up how much Michael Phelps chows down, calorically.
If he's eating 5-7 times a day without gaining weight, then he'd have
to reduce his intake in order to lose weight. The minimum fuel for Pac's
particular training regime would remain what it is.
Either get a clue or stop trolling.
You're as bad as Larry or Burner, and on your way to being as
utterly ****** as Horus and Bhopreigns.Last edited by horge; 08-02-2010, 11:39 PM.Comment

When Rafa Marquez was fighting at 118, he regularly came in at 130 on fight night.
Doesn't mean he's a ****ing Super FW.

you dont ****ing get it. showing pac at welter on fight night means he's a welter?
because of the 24 hour rehydration, todays welterweights weigh in at 147 but on fight night are junior middles & middleweights. that's the standard for today's welterweight.
pac not being able to weigh in at 147 on the day of the weigh in on fridays & weighing in at 147-148 shows you HE IS NOT A REAL WELTERWEIGHT BY TODAYS STANDARD.Comment

****ing ****** arsehole ****face maggots forgot about the 24 hour rehydration in today era.
if they had any modicum of proper thought process, they would know that real welterweights dont weigh in at welter on fight night in todays era. by fight night todays era of welters are weighing in at 154 & 160 on fight night.
hugo cazares was weighing in on fight night at 130 while battling ivan calderon at light flyweight.Comment
