yeah my idol's career is a joke for 3 years if:
                1. he took a vacation instead of fighting margo and cotto
                2. return in the ring to fight a super feather weight at welter weight plus 36 years old.
                3. fight again a 38 years old
                4. taking a vacation again when a midget, one dimensional no defense overated fighter wants to fight me for 50 million

Floyd fought many good fighters; but most...most, that is were at lightweight. Zab Judah, Ricky Hatton, and Shane Mosely qualify for the most dangerous recent fights. Of those three, Zab was the most dangerous.

Pacquiao, on the other hand, started his career at flyweight and beat the best all the way up to welterweight. The only "who's who" he hasn't fought is Mayweather...and who's fault is that. Debatable, I suppose; but, personally I put the weight of blame on Mayweather....primarily due to his own insistance that he is the best.

To be the best, one must beat the best; and that means taking on all comers. Mayweather could have faced Williams, Cotto, and Margarito at one time, while he was the champ......but did not.

                  History will be the judge.

Who had a chance at beating Pacquiao? JMM? He did beat him. Twice.

Oscar? No chance, not even a punchers.
Hatton? That guy was damaged good and was never that good to begin with. Floyd pretty much ended his career.

Just face it, Pacquiao doesn't really take a lot of risks and there is a Bob Arum political reason behind it. You don't put the golden goose in harm's way, it doesn't make sense. There is a lot more money to be made off of Manny and until Arum is content, we will not see Pac take any risks, and that's a shame because we'll never know how good he is as long as he continues to fight the likes of Cotto's, Clottey's, and Margarito's, and not to mention he will not fight any top contenders at the weight class limit.

It's all just phony and extremely disappointing.

I'm not hating on Pac personally because I believe he is a warrior and if he had his way he'd be taking these big fights and fighting at the weight limit's set by the commission.

Pac isn't afraid of anybody and neither is Floyd.

                    It's everybody else around them.

                    - Chico Corrales - Was severally weight drained, had the flu and had other things on his mind (going to prison)

                    - Castillo - Castillo beat him

                    - Oscar De La Hoya - Part time boxer at this time and had lost 3 of 4 previous fights at that point (Note: People thought Sturm won). Roach stated that this was when he realized that Oscar couldn't pull the trigger anymore

                    - Zab Judah - Had just lost to slow mo, no name Baldomir

                    - Juan Manuel Marquez - Had only 2 fights at 135 but fought Floyd at WW. When criticized about picking on a smaller guy, Floyd said after the fight, I needed a "tune up" fight due to my layoff.

                    - Carlos Baldomir - slow mo, no name Baldomir (the one year wonder - I wonder what happened to him)

                    - Shane Mosley - rusty and almost 39. Remember Floyd said I needed a "tune up" fight (Baldomir) due to my layoff. Instead Mosley fought Floyd even with his inactivity (no tune up fight)
