Two of the best heavyweights ever are Euro's, dominating the division now. Adamek is a p4p monster crushing evverything in his path. Calzaghe is one of the top 100 fighters who ever lived based on resume and had he gotten his shot years earlier he'd have beaten hopkins even worse. And last night, Pirog starches Jacobs. Can we retire the term "Eurobum" already?

Khan did'nt KO Kotelnik. Kotelnik is'nt a bum either. He probably will be overmatched and have no chance on the scorecards though. King does'nt want Kotelnik to win I'm pretty sure of that. Kotelnik is'nt supposed to win lets put it that way. I think Alexander will be too fast and athletic for him. That does'nt make Kotelnik a bum though. He's a solid fighter. I do think if Devon wants to really impress he should try for the KO. Kotelnik has never been KOed. Kotelnik is also the only guy with a win over Maidana. Kotelnik took brutal shots in that fight. His face looked like the elephant man but he still pulled it out.

Before last nights fight, Danny Jacobs was labelled as an excellent prospect with every chance of becoming a global boxing superstar. However, after one defeat people are now saying he was "not very good anyway" and they "didn't really rate him in the first place"

It seems every time a Euro/World fighter beats an American fighter this happens.

Before Calzaghe destroyed Lacy he was labelled as the next coming of Mike Tyson. After the fight he was a bum.

Before Ortiz was KTFO against Maidana, he was labelled as the next P4P champ. After the fight he was a heartless, overrated quitter.

It seems as if this slighting is used to discredit non-American boxers, which to be frank is pretty petulant. Danny Jacobs is a fantastic boxer, and still and excellent prospect, he just came up against a whole different level of beast in Pirog. Give both fighters the credit they deserve.

Was Jacobs truly embarrassed though? He was holding his own and then got hit with a monster shot, it happens to a ton of fighters. Kotelnik probably won't get a one shot knockout but that is because he won't be willing to engage with Alexander. At least Danny was game. Kotelnik will be running from contact the whole night.

Jacobs was trying to give the impression that he was game but really after the second round he did'nt seem to confident.

Amir Khan already embarrased Kotelnik over a year ago, so if Alexander beats Kotelnik... big deal.

yep, I wouldn't support a russian no matter what. Infact I even rooted for Daniel Jacobs last night... All russians and eastern euros are racist neo-****'s so **** em'.

I don't like Devon Alexander that much but I do hope he beats Kotelnik.
