First off I wanna say congratulations on the win. JMM is a true aztec warrior and was a complete beast in his prime. But at 36 years old he simply can't hang with the best. Khan would out point him and pac would clean K.O him. Boxers never seem to be able to retire after a win when they get old, they drag themselves into the ring at damn near 40 years old and take unnecessary beatings. He had a hell of a career but it's time to let go. Maybe start up a gym and train kids. Most likely JMM will be inducted to the HOF.

I agree he, has 1 or maybe 2 good fights left in him before someone totally destroys him. Although he won tonight his face just cant take the punishment anymore, retirement should really be on his to do soon list.

I agree , 37 is (old) enough for HWs , let alone a small LW.
Maybe start a gym and train prospects , he has a good enough resume for it.

See, you talked about him against one guy a division above him and another two divisions above him. At 135 (or lower considering what weight he came in at and how good he looked) Marquez is still probably the best fighter in the world.
