boxing needs a governing body

They need one major organisation that represent the whole world, They have governing bodies which makes things worse, Fighters can pick and choose where to fight even if they are ban from fighting and thats ridiculous, Take football for example if FIFA (World governing body) bans you from playing then NO club or country would allow you to play football.

We just had Margarito who was about to commit a crime in california, got caught, got ban and he then went somewhere else to fight and even try to get his license somewhere else, thats one of the things wrong in boxing.
