Off course he is on something , why would anybody refuse such a simple thing with so much fame and incredible fortune on offer , he is hiding something for sure , thats why Arum keeps it all in house .

Mayweather vs Cotto will happen before Mayweather vs Pacquiao.
Mayweather vs Cotto does 1.5 million easy

No but now even Cotto is saying something.

Cotto has no bargaining power in a Manny Pacquiao fight.
If he DID request OST, Pacquiao would probably use a 14-day cutoff clause.

maybe less than 14 days...who knows.

But Cotto doesn't have the bargaining chips to ask for OST. sad but true.

And if this certainly is true, I'm sure he'll demand OST for his future fights as well...including Vanes Martirosyan if he's next.

No but he has the brains to demand it , he knows as well as many others that Pac is very su****ious of cheating and Cotto has been cheated against 2 many times by Arum fighters .

                true.

but again, this is bull**** if he doesn't demand OST from his next opponent (probably Vanes Martirosyan).

It's his right. I would think that they'd have gone for Margarito anyway though, just as a Cotto rematch would never sell after how one sided the first one was.
