And if Morales were to stay at 130 and fight him, that fight would be more meaningless than Pacquiao's wins over Morales. He would have been a zombie.
That's why it pisses me off seeing these kids come in here and claim JMM is the best one out of the three when they didn't even watch MAB and EM in their prime. Most say that JMM is technically superior than the both but if you saw what a prime EM was, He had the ability to outbox the **** out of anyone when he wanted to. He became more of a brawler after the first MAB fight because the fight got such praise and he wanted to be more exciting. Morales best weight was at 122, so I can't even understand how people think Morales ducked JMM when JMM was a nobody fighting bums.

I gotta admit I think the scoring of the fight was atrocious. Anybody who didn't have Barrera winning at least of the five of the twelve rounds need to learn how to watch fights. With that said, I think Barrera had the advantage somewhat in power and this was JMM's first fight at 130. And JMM still matched him punch for punch landing more power shots overall during the course of the fight. I think JMM would've beaten him really convincingly if a rematch took place.

I'm older than you mijo. I followed all their careers as they happened and take my word for it, JMM is head and shoulders above.

They ducked him back then cuz' he was too good and not well known enough. Those guys aren't *******, but they're not ****** either. He would make them both look pretty bad if they fought back then, or now.

If Barrera got rewarded with the kd and didn't act like a dumb ass and hit JMM while he was down then maybe he had a reason to be mad. Otherwise it was 8-4/7-5 rounds at best for JMM. It was a good close fight though. A perfect mix of boxing skill and brawling.

You're the most biased Marquez fan on this forum, No one holds anything you say as the truth.

            Resume Wise

            Morales > JMM

            Skill wise

            Morales > JMM

I mean Morales isn't considered the greatest super bantam of all time for nothing

While Marquez is just known for his two battles with Pacquiao

              No, no, and no.

Morales is good, but he lacks the class JMM has. Anyone who thinks JMM lost to Norwood is insane. JMM dominated that fight as well as the John fight.

The only fight JMM truly lost was against Mayweather 4 classes above his career weight.

You're only hugging on Erik cuz' you live in TJ.

              Stop pretending.

Marquez is also headling PPV's at almost 37, while Morales is weighing 300 pounds and begging for a fight with JMM.

He who laughs last laughs best.

They could duck him back in the day, but now they all want a piece of him.

                Pobrecitos.

Bro, Morales offered JMM a fight before the Pac trilogy.

Yeah because when Morales and Barrera were beating the **** out of each other, JMM was fighting taxi drivers
