    Just re-watch the fight again

I just saw the fight with the sound turned off and had it exactly, 115-113 for Hopkins.I thought some of the early rounds where giving to Taylor for being aggresive yet he didnt land most of those punches.

Even if Taylor didnt land a lot of punches in the early rounds, at least he did something. Hopkins just danced around.

I had it even after 10, but there were a few where I think they could have been even or gone the otherway. I didn't have Taylor sweeping as many rounds early as HBO and Ledderman did. I thought Taylor was missing more than they were mentioning. Bernard was slipping and catching the few jabs Taylor was throwing, and Hopkins counters (while few and far between) were better quality shots than what Taylor was landing, and it tipped a few rounds in his favor IMO. Remeber that good defense plays a role in the scoring of tight rounds, and I thought Hopkins was very good with the counters and slipping and catching shots.

Not an outragous score by any means, I just saw it the other way.

I am exicited to see a rematch.

The funny thing is that the crowd was cheering for Hopkins later on... but all the commentators talked about is Hopkin's inability to start early... i seriously thought after 4 that taylor would damage Hopkins with his jab / handspeed / quick pace... but it was sort of a let down ... all Taylor did in the late rounds was flurry to the body... while hopkins was tagging him with that right hand...

i think this was a case
of them deciding that someone had to win a round
couple them rounds shoulda been scored even
hopkins goin back to much, not doin much
taylor comin forward but also not doin much

I taped it so Ima rewatch it again tomororw. But when I saw it LIVE, Taylor never hurted Hopkins, except maybe a punch that landed in the 2nd round that made Hopkins went back a little bit. But Hopkins punished Taylor in rounds 10, 11, and 12.

Hopkins should have started his assault earlier. If he would have done this he probably would have KO'd Taylor. Hopkins just didn't think Taylor would have enough in his tank to survive the final rounds and Taylor proved him wrong. I don't think he'll make the same mistake twice though.

Taylor won the fist half of the fight and Hopkins won the second half.
IMO, if the fight is close to even and you won almost every round 7-12, you're the reigning champ and you didn't get knocked down, you don't deserve to lose. Winning the second half of a fight is more valuable than winning the first half, it means more.

I had the fight a draw.
