Anyways back to the topic. I could careless about this news story. Reason why? Because, I seriously doubt FLoyd as of right now has any money issues. However, he might have money issues in the future. i would hate, for any fighter in general to end up broke at the end. Floyd not only should get smarter people around him. But also stop living the flashy lifestyle. In that kind of lifestyle he would spend quicker than he could make it. ANd, that is never good no matter how much money you make.

Mayweather vs Hatton more ppv buys than Pacquiao vs Hatton. Mayweather vs De la Hoya highest ppv numbers in history of ppv 2.4 mil. Pacquiao vs De la Hoya meh half of that. So if Mayweather is constantly beating out Pac in ppv buys with common opponents why all of the sudden Clottey would be different? please explain

Fact is, Pacquiao did manage to do 700,000 by himself against clottey who was an unknown to the general public! How much did Floyd make against an unknown like Baldomir?? Disappointing numbers! I think we can both agree though that Floyd and Manny did very well with the numbers fighting guys like Oscar who was the cash cow and Hatton who had britain behind him. Obviously, Oscar and Ricky had a lot to do with the high outcome. Did Floyd vs Oscar/Hatton make a bit more than manny vs oscar/hatton?
Of course he did...the guy's a car salesman.
He knows how to put on a show on hbo's 24/7. Before the Oscar, the 24/7 shows and the "bad guy" persona...how much was floyd's ppv numbers? Manny was doing just fine with the mexican trio....the action itself was selling the fights.
To say Floyd makes more than Manny solely because of his ring performance is stretching it just a bit.

Let me break it down 3rd grader style. When I say previously defeated I mean with their last fight or 2 and no I didnt say Floyd fights all unbeaten fighters boys and girls I meant fighters on a winning streak. Champions, top rated fighters not fighters handed titles after recovering from vicious beat downs. Floyd fights fighters that have earned their titles in the ring not those political paper titles made up to hype a fighter. In all my years in boxing Manny is the most hyped up fighter I've ever seen. Even Cheato's hyped up ass fought top fighters at their best not just big name fighters coming off huge losses.
