floyd decided to retire. just like he decided to retire/go on vacation when another mega fight is on the horizon with one threatening opponent to face in pacquiao unlike the last retirement when he had countless threatening opposition waiting.

which one do you think is the bigger duck? pac not fighting marquez for a third time or what floyd has done?

Anyway Pac can fight an old washed up HOF'er (at least that's what people called Hoya when Mayweather beat him) and its praised as if he just beat the Hoya from back in the 90's.

do you lack that much perspective? pac is a career 130 & under fighter, had one fight at 135 & basically went up 3 divisions to face oscar. oscar chose pac, not the other way around. pac was an underdog. he was praised for the victory & taking the chance. that win has been put in its proper context.

He can take a 147 title at 145
A 154 title at 150 vs a guy who doesn't even deserve a title plus is a known cheater (as everyone liked to point out at Mosley - the same guy Pac clearly ducked from 140-147).

For the fighters sake hopfully MMA does become like boxing. Lesnar vs Corwin did 1.5 mill buys. Lesnar made 400,000 and Corwin made under 100,000. Trinidad makes 15million for generating 400,000 buys from Don King. Dana white is the only guy that can make Don King look like Mother Taresa. Poor MMA fighters.

Mayweather Promotions employees were given notice, packed up their things and the landlord locked the doors.
