ah,well i dont like winky. But really,im not saying Morales should be ranked #1 p4p,but if you conceivably have him up there as a contender for it(tho i know you said he wasnt your personal pick) who has accomplished FAR more than winky, then i dont get why Wink should be a logical option for that spot when for you,Morales isnt,is what i was getting at.

Twinky will lose when he faces good competition,i realise where he deserves to be ranked but that just because he hasnt lost in a while.

Just exactly which one of Winky's recent wins was over bad competition? Cause I'd say that two wins over Mosely and a complete thrashing of Tito would be considered quality wins over very good competition!

I like Pretty Boy and all but come on now Mosley twice and Tito with such ease should put Winky on top.

              You would?
See i didnt see a trashing of tito,I saw him outclassed,as has been done before, and what i would call in better fashion, beating tito at that point was a little redundant. What i mean by good competition is a young fighter, preferrably one that hasnt moved up from a lower weight, where he wasnt even the best(Mosley).Literaly, lets see him fight somebody his own size, thats talented, but maybe he wants a Trinidad rematch?Maybe Vargas?

How can Morales be there when he lost to MAB twice and has been looking average in some fights includings a close win over a one arm Chaves which he couldve lost if he had two arms
But Morales definately belongs in #3 more than Corrales.

                1) Corrales had some good recent fights I admit, but that doesn't warrant him being #3.

Besides don't forget Corrales himself was a hair away from being knocked out by Castillo.

And he was stopped by Casamayor (down twice in that fight). He's in a similar situation as Morales in that he avenged his loss, but Morales wasn't TKO'd and he hasn't seen the canvas!
Corrales down once again in the second fight against Casamayor i think in the 9th or 10th...

I dont need to remind you how many times he was down against PBF (5)...

Look at the recent fights and look at how many times his butt was planted on the Canvas and then think to urself "is this guy #3 behind the obvious PBF and WINKY"

                2) Morales has had tougher opponents as of last 5 years. Chavez isn't no push over: El Matador hasn't lost since 95 (excluding Erik & PBF) And also El Matador avenged his 95 loss. You gotta give credit to Morales for standing in there with Hernandez / Pacman / Chavez / Barrera and duking it out with the best comp.
                3) Erik obviously is fighting in a higher weight class thus that idiot Larios gets to keep his crown otherwise he'd get whooped

                4) Warrior mentality - I think Morales has been a warrior for his entire career. I mean did you see him fight In-Jin Chi and get headbutted ... his left eye closed entirely and he continued and finished the fight up strong... with one eye. Corrales had one GREAT fight and all of a sudden he's better than Morales? Do I smell another Gatti story?

And lastly there's no dis*****g PBF:
He's beaten Castillo twice, El Matador, Hernandez and Corrales

I only put MAB because I think he has Juice left... but definately Corrales is NOT #3.

                  1)Mayweather(has been for years IMO)
2)Morales(has been since Tszyu was beaten)

I dont rate Winky that highly, he's only beaten Mosley and Tito when they were way past their prime. He's top 10 but definitely not top 3.

i gotta agree with mikefromstu, diego at #3 that **** is ridiculous, taylor is in the p4p top 5 cause he beat the guy most boxing critics considered #1 p4p, accompinied by in NO PARTICULAR ORDER morales, mayweather, wright, and tarver or barrera.

                      1. Morales and/or Mayweather

cant put anyone in the sport over Morales right now the man keeps on proving himself why he is top p4p every time out.
