    14 day cutoff question

When Pacman is training for a fight does he wait 30 or 28 or even 14 days to resume training if he has blood drawn?

    Think about it.

If pac's training camp is 8 weeks, and the heavy training is done from the start of 8 weeks, till about 7-10 days prior to the fight, when there is the cool down period. You're talking about 4 days or so max to use some type of peds.

what person and what drugs out there could someone use for that short amount of time and would it be the least bit effective?

    Think about it.

So no boxer.. Pac included have had their blood drawn during training? Pac's never had blood drawn during training?

If he did. Which I'm sure he has. He must have to have a 30,28, 14 day window to rest from being weakend. Before he can resume training. Or actually fight.

        Think about it.

Oh you must mean honest Arum negotiating with the media to use Floyd's name under a "self imposed gag order" to promote Manny vs Margs (the in house fight he'd planned all along behind the scenes) while trying to appear to 'negotiate' with Floyd.

          Floyd's his own boss.

Arum is Mini the Congroidsman's boss.

When Manny is asked in political meetings about issues in his country does he tell them "Speak to my promoter?"

Obviously not. But its common sense the man won't be at 100% shortly after having his blood drawn.

Just let it go. Both sides knows what they need to do to make it happen. As i said, i think the fight will only happen if both side decide to make sacrifices.

So then he surely must require a cutoff date for having a mandatory HIV blood drawing before a fight as well?

Aren't all boxers required to have those tests done as well?

Oh so you mean to say Arum somehow convinced Floyd to allow him to shamelessly use his name and told him to keep quite for weeks? And Arum somehow manipulated oscar to contradict himself?

And make Al Haymon say "no comment" because of a gag order regarding talks that never happened?

Wow. Arum must be some kinda super sith dark lord to do all of that.
