Just my prediction. I think this will be Pacquiao's most consistent fight in terms of landing percentage.

The fair thing to do would be to ban this Top Rank fighter who doesn't deserve,nor has earned, a shot at a title (neither does Pac-not at 154,especially not for a catchweight).

Different style, different matchup. Pacquiao is a more pressure fighter than Cotto was, therefore he's not going to give Marg enough time and space to throw those 100 punches per round unless he can take Manny's fast blazing punches.
