He ain't 5'10; people I know have met him and said so, and in every pic that crops up his just doesnt look a 5'10 guy. Prescott is listed as 5'11 and he looked WAY taller than Amir.

You gotta do the roadwork if you want ripped abs...Diaz doesn't run during training - instead, he swims for his cardio. Swimming is zero impact on the knees and ankles, but you can't get that six pack without hittin the road.

Agree, there is absolutely no substitute for road-work.

I suspect that Diaz may have problems with his knee's, or ankles.

I am not sure if I believe that Diaz does no road-work at all, I would be surprised if he can prepare for a title fight in the pool.
