I have met Calzaghe.

I was taller than him. I am 6'1. Calzaghe looked 5'11 in my eyes.

Calzaghe has shoes on in that pic, hopkins is barefoot, also hopkins is old and probably shrunk since his prime years

You gotta do the roadwork if you want ripped abs...Diaz doesn't run during training - instead, he swims for his cardio. Swimming is zero impact on the knees and ankles, but you can't get that six pack without hittin the road.

so why do most swimmers have six packs?
