I doubt that the property he was renting was worth 10 grand a month anymore, it might have been the smart move to get out of that arrangement which was set up at the highest of high (for pricing) in Nevada with something much more affordable.

2008 was a terrible time to rent/buy or negotiuate long term rent contracts, now is much better, just to point that out.

It's called a contract for a reason. You can't just default on it because you don't want to make payment or it no longer benefits you. His credit rating is going down the drain if he keeps these stunts up.

Yep, 2008 was indeed a bad time for renting, but i think there are better ways of getting out of an arrangement than not paying your rent and eventually getting sued for it.

It is funny because he set ppv records....the last 4 fights of his have netted him over $200 mili (give or take) and yet he LET'S things like this slide....and its not like it was some nothing property...it was office space for his "Promotional Company". Yet he can use $50K to put some bling on an iPod...throw cash around like its nothing....and BRAG about having money.

When you speak about money as much as Floyd does...you are under the microscope....and nobody put him in that position except himself....
