Even though if that fight gets made depending on how good Juan Manuel Marquez looks in this rematch, I think he'll KO Khan too. Khan's in a lose lose situation just to make money that pathetic ****.

Trust me, JMM will look great in the rematch. Diaz is still a medium punching, come forward plodder, a stylistic dream come true for Marquez. JMM will start picking Diaz apart even earlier than the last fight.

There is more to knowing the sport of boxing than what goes on in the ring. I'm always surprised at how naive some people here are about how the business part of it actually works. If you want fair, watch the NFL. In boxing money and politics decide what fights we see.

u do realise that devon alexandar the IBF world champ(top 3 JWW) is fighting Kotelnik soon, its okay for an American to fight khans left-overs in Kotelnik who doesn't even have a belt right now, but Khan a British ain't rising to the occasion.

I think it's a decent move. Is it more in house play? Yes. But a fighter beating JMM before jumping into the 140 mix will only bring more star power and prestige to the division. It's probably what's best for everyone involved. It would effectively the biggest name on anyone in the Bradley/Alexander/Maidana mixes resume. Come next spring the Junior Welter Weight division will look better for it.
