A Floyd Mayweather Jr fan to fellow Mayweather Jr fans, got a question for you?

If I'm Mayweather I'm taking it all in stride, because he knows once he beats Pacquiao all the nay Sayers would have paid a pretty price to see him do it. So if I were him, I would continue to take my time and see what the Margarito numbers look like. If Pacquiao does his 700k, then make the fight in May 2011. If the fight still can't be made, then fight Martinez for the 260 strap. A win over Pacquiao or Martinez should equate to FOY and the distinction of being the only man in boxing History to win the award in 3 different decades.Comment

i definitely think that his uncle's case is one of the factors. delaying a big fight helps the weird relationship triangle between him, his uncle and his dad, especially.Comment

Floyd will always be Floyd. He marches to his own drum beat and doesn't give a **** what anyone says or thinks. This sort of thing tends to happen when you become rich and famous but Floyd takes the **** to another level. Once he gave Arum the finger and became a PPV star, the humble fighter disappeared.Comment

Floyd went on to fight Mosley in the most successful PPV fight since Mayweather/De La Hoya. After Pac and Arum realized what idiots they were in fighting Clottey, they decided that they would accept Mayweather's last offer. However, they didn't come to him and say, 'we made a mistake. Let's negotiate on even terms and make the fight.' They came with the same sense of arrogance that they went into the first negotiation with and thought that Floyd would jump at their offer since Pac is the star in their minds. The offer that Arum told the media he made was an insult to Mayweather and that, along with their continued arrogance and sense of entitlement, rubbed him the wrong way. I believe Arum made his ridiculous offer and Floyd ignored it because it was ridiculous after the PPV numbers proved that Floyd was clearly the star.
This is similar to the crap that Mosley pulled on Mayweather. He turned a fight down in 2006 because he had a tootache and did not want to fight Floyd. After Floyd broke the PPV bank against Oscar, suddenly Mosley wanted to capitalize. Mayweather refused because Mosley disrespected him by dissing him twice by turning the fight down on two occasions. Arum and Pac dissed him after the first negotiation and now he is still pissed about it. Since Floyd doesn't need Pac to make $20 million, he refused to negotiated. I think Floyd will be fighting again in December against either Bradley or Berto.Comment

Pac will realize that after the Margarito fight and accept the fight on terms agreeable to Floyd. Then, when Floyd beats his ass next year, the *******s will claim that it was because Margarito took too much out of Pac.Comment
