This always seemed like the likely outcome though so atleast it wasn't suprising.
I honestly think everything that's transpired over the past year is either going to run boxing into the ground, or give it a major overhaul. This crap has to stop. I'm not a fan of the gov't but I wish they cared.

what are pac's options really under arum? williams and berto are under al haymon...him and arum doesn't see eye to eye. they can only negotiate if there's a middleman like ross greenburg. they already tried but failed miserably. bradley is under shaw...another promoter arum doesn't wanna negotiate to. they can't even make the darchinyan-donaire fight between them. martinez is the middleweight champion.

Martinez is willing to move down to jnr middle. But that's besides the point. Arum doesn't call the shots, Pacquiao does. So whether he likes someone or not, he is beholden to his client. If Pacquiao says, "get me such and such" then that's what Arum does. But let's be honest, Pacquiao (and co.) don't give a **** about the fans. They want their pockets lined and go with whatever they're told. So here you are: A second straight tuneup on PPV. It's disgusting, I know.

Manny fights for money just like floyd. His fans see it now but they can't bring themselves to admit it. To paraphase floyd mayweather jr:

"Manny is a prizefighter, he fights for a prize, dumb mother ****as"

which is strange right? bradley won that poll but he didn't get the fight, why? because arum can offer pac more money if he fights a top rank fighter. at the same time arum earns more if he can keep it in-house.
by the way, i voted for bradley
