If you want to go by your own logic...

Pacquiao is Pacquiao - he fights.
Mayweather is Mayweather - he ducks.

    Spin that ****.

      simply pathetic
It is all a matter of spin from their prespective there were no negotiations since they never really got down to going back and forth over all the details.

There is no one truth both sides have ther prespective on what happeaned, the truth is somewhere in the middle. There were talks but the sides never got down to business from mayweather's side. Fair play both sides can be right since it depends on how one defines negotiations~

They are both great fighters~ and the fight never even really got out of the starting blocks according to one side.

Both sides allowed this to happean and both sides are fine with what took place. Arum is more than happy to sucker rubes though~

Preliminery talks are not really waht I would call negotiations but whatever they are a part of negotiations so you can call it whatever way you like.

What Greenburg said is not as black as white as you are making, and he wants to make the fight so he did what he could but he can not make both sides sit down~.

i sincerely doubt that there were no negotiations. im pretty sure ellerbe and gbp where trying to get into this fight at some point.

im guessing floyd must have decided to take a vacation and decided he is not interested in fighting pacquiao (at least right now), which messed up all the plan, hence gbp and ellerbe not picking up their phones.

now that marg-pac is set in stone, they are now trying to save face and saying there were no negotiations taking place.

greenburg acted as the 3rd party mediator, and has said that they tried to make the fight.
