            It's easy. Ross is telling the truth. He has no reason to take sides, as HBO is very invested in both Pacquiao and Mayweather and have done a great job helping both guys become stars.

            He doesn't blame anyone for talks breaking down, all he did was admit that negotiations took place.

            There's no reason for him to lie.
