    No.

He only has 2 wins over any good HW's, rahman and a byrd. Other than that he mostly beat bums.

But I will say this, it's not his fault nobody will step up to fight him right now.

Rahman and Byrd may be his best victories on paper (two established heavies with good resumes), but they both were on the downside of their careers.

Better victories were against a prime undefeated Samuel Peter - who went on to win a WBC Heavyweight Title for himself. A prime Ibragimov who was the WBO heavyweight Champ. And a prime, undefeated Chagaev - who was the WBA Heavyweight Champion, taking it from Valuev - the same Valuev Haye beat to get that same title.

          You're an idiot.

Wlad is an ATG HW and he has a very impressive resume. He has cleaned out the HW division.

          - IBF/WBO/IBO/RING Unified heavyweight champion of the world

          - Olympic Gold Medalist

          - 48 KOs in 54 wins

          - Has made 15 dominant world title defences

          - Has defeated 8 world heavyweight champions:

          Chris Byrd I (31-1)
          Chris Byrd II (39-2)
          Sam Peter (24-0)
          Ruslan Chagaev (25-0)
          Sultan Ibragimov (22-0)
          Lamon Brewster (33-3)
          Hasim Rahman (45-5)
          Francois Botha (44-3)
          Ray Mercer (30-4)

          - has defeated tons of top contenders:

          Eddie Chambers (35-1)
          Calvin Brock (29-0)
          Tony Thompson (31-1)
          Jameel McCline (28-2)
          Monte Barrett (23-0)
          Ray Austin (24-3)

This is the all-time purest truth in Heavyweight boxing:

Wlad makes all of his opponents look like bums while Ali fought real bums....

He beat just about every HW that mattered during his reign. Plus two young promising HWs are avoiding him like the plague.

While I am not a HUGE Klitschko fan, you're not being fair at all. He has beated MANY undefeated fighters now. You're saying Chambers, Brock, and Peter aren't better than Rahman, and that is not factual whatsoever.
