ok, so a WW has to weight 147 lbs on the day of the weigh in. So how do you weight drain him by demanding that he weight 150 lbs???

actually, margarito weighed 145 lbs on the day of the weigh in. he didn't struggle to make 147, he struggled to make 145.

and his last fight was at 154.

This has nothing to do with a fighter being weight drained, the issue is about Team Pacquiao putting a weight limit on the Jr.Middleweight, if it's Jr.Middleweight division, then a boxer should be able to come in at 154, not forced to 150 making them put in the extra work.
