Im starting to believe Manny is hiding something...You ask why?
I really dont see why he is asking fighters to come in at a catchweight and most of us cant really understand it.
Pac asks Cotto to come in at 145 for a 147 lb belt then asks Margarito to come in at 150 for a 154 lb belt.
Its starting to look like he is trying to justify his wins or KO's of "bigger guys".
Maybe it wont look so fishy to fans if he KO's a bigger guy if he makes them fight at a catch weight hmmmm?
I have heard many guys in here Supposedly hardcore fans say, "Pac can beat Margarito at 154 no problem and Cotto at 147 or 154 no problem. Then Why the catchweights?
Im starting to think its a smoke screen, becuase if he KO's these guys at their wieght then he will look even more of a freak then he already looks to most. PED?

On another note how the hell does Arum defend not fighting PW BRADLEY AND ALEXANDER "because their names are not big enough to draw money" but its OK to fight Clottey and Margarito? WTF

I dont give a **** about this fight cause its ******.....but will i feel sorry for Margarito fighting at 150 after getting caught with plaster. Hell no. Margarito is the main person calling pacquaio out without no pull and in middle of a scandel he deserve to get his ass handed to him by pacquaio and i hope pacquaio batter his ***** whille at the same time gives him a 5% purse. Compared to where he was a few years ago, I beg to differ. From being the most avoided man in boxing to not even being allowed to box in the US and needing to fight a Top Rank boxer in order to get a payday, seems like a step back to me. My point is that Arum knew he had Margs in a position to take advantage of him and he knew that Margs would accept nearly any and all demands made by Pac's people at this point......he has NO other big fight options.

In other words, Pacquiao has saved Margarito's career. Way to help out a fellow cheat, Manolo!

I think it is more of a money thing. Why fight a guy at the correct weight when you can force him to bend to your will at catch weight in order to make a big payday? Not right but I think that is the case more than a PED thing. If PED's were the scenario they would fight the guys at their natural weights because Manny would be able to beat them regardless (according to the idea that PED's make you some unbeatable phenom)

The catchweight wouldnt affect the money. Its more to give him an advantage. Roach knows it and makes no excuses and says it directly. I aint naive enough to think PEDs arent used but I dont think catchweights has any relation to peds, its about getting an advantage on the opponent. It wont affect the money, and they are still paying the sanctioning fees. If it was all about the money then he'd ignore the belts as a lot of fighters have been doing.
