He's about 117 or some **** isn't he? Someone at that small a weight doesn't get the exposure they usually deserve for their skills.

Isn't he waiting until after the 2012 Olympics to go pro?

yea actually hes turning pro to fight in the WSB(World series of Boxing) which basically are pro fights they get paid for.. 5 round fights, no headgear with 10 point must system.. but they maintain their olympic eligibilty.. so the guys who fight for WSB only fight other guys who signed contracts with WSB and they still are eligible for the Olympics..

How old is Raushee now? He fought in the last Olympics as well if I'm not mistaken. He must be in his early twenties now. Truth be told, he and the entire American squad were pretty poor in the last games and I don't have high hopes for any of them, but best of luck.

                  Explain this more please.

Never heard of this and I always told that no matter what, that if you become a prized fighter your eligibility to amateur boxing is over. So that would include Olympics.

But yeah I'm excited to see Rau as a pro one day. And don't let his weight fool you he can get exposure because he is just a fun fighter to watch. Plus he will naturally get bigger with age and eventually be at least at 132-140.

It takes more than flash and dazzle to win fights.
