If you read the actual article and not the headline put up by Boxingscene you would've read that Konc says he'll request it that does'nt mean he will get it. Yeah if it's at a catchweight the title should'nt be on the line. But what ****in is on the line anyway?

Remember when Floyd fought DLH. It was at 154 pounds. Floyd knew that fighting that high wouldn't be right for him so he came in at 150 at the weight in. He didn't ask for no catch weight, he just did what was best for him. Why can't pac do the same?
