I really don't think Pac is sitting at the negotiating table saying i only want to fight at 154 and it better be for a belt..

of course he is, his promoter is getting everything to his advantage, just like a promoter is supposed to. Any fighter would take as many advantages as possible, and it is up to the fighters promoter to pull them off... It is up to the opponent and the sanctioning bodies to put a stop to it.. >Not Pac..

Once again another Bob Arum issue...

Arum calls the shots, and i think we could all agree that it sucks...

The list can go on and on about who should be fighting who, but the business aspect sucks, the promoters suck, the alphebet gangs suck, none of us should be surprised in the least...

I am a die hard Pac!!!! But Arum pulls the strings and Boxing and the fans are the ones suffering...

True that he don't make the negotiations but he can refuse certain terms. I do agree with Arum just trying to keep everything in house and make as much money for him as he can on the expense of his fighters

Manny can simply say what alot of his fans (maybe not you) says he does: fight the best competition for the challenge not fight for the most money. If bob says no, buy out the contract or fire him just like ODH and Floyd did.

I actually don't disagree with your point, you make a very strong position; however, whether or not that is actually how things are being ran behind the scenes is another subject in its self... I truly feel Arum is running the show and Manny is trusting that he is in good hands and doesn't make a fuss.

I think Manny trust Arum with a lot more than he should, but that again is neither here nor there..

He's does. He turned down the Foreman fight, which arum was really pushing for.

Manny is an idiot if he thinks he needs Arum more than Arum needs him.

To man up and fight guys at the full division limit. If he can't make 154 comfortably, then he shouldn't be fighting at that weight, AND FOR A TITLE (COMPLETE B.S.)
