Comments Thread For: Hatton vs Khan: Ricky's Rep Won't Rule The Fight Out

Khan would knock him out with ease in 1 or 2 rounds... Hatton is shot and hasn't fought in over a year and if this fight comes togheter it probably won't happen til next year so then it would be an almost 2 year layoff for Hatton.Comment

hatton has no intention of fighting khan. The publicity seeking midget needs the attention. Hattie doesn't respect his body enough to get in shape too many meat pies, crumpets and pints filling that stumpy little body. hatton is a joke and hasbeen, sleepy rickie is no more and mattie will follow soon.Comment

He'll have to kill his body to make 140lb's, he wasn't the type of boxer to reply on speed & reflexes but with all the weight has put on between fights during his career they'll be heavily declined even further, retirement should be his only option.Comment

Perfect post. I could not have put it better.Hatton just has to be in the news he is a boxing leech lurking for attention. Jackals like the hatton's thrive on publicity for their average ability. Rickie no chin has been exposed as a very average boxer. He doesn't respect the sport or himself enough to stay in shape but wants the glory. Boxing is much better off without either of the hatton ladies.Comment

the hattons are boxings version of comedians two laughingstocks and jokesters. Funny thing is they actually believe they can box that is the humor. Rickie fought in england and his numerous flaws were hidden for years plus he never fought anyone of note. Renew his boxing license that is funny.Comment

At least he's got the balls to step into a ring over forty times and be beaten only by the two best fighters of a generation. An overrated fighter does not get those opportunities in a career. Even Floyd was crying at the end of that fight, grabbing his kids as if to say 'thank god i got outta that one'. Hatton was fired up, unbeaten and totally convinced he could walk through Floyd's power. why? Because he has the balls and heart for it in abundence. Something nobody on this site slagging him off has got.Boxing is so ****ed up now in days. Hatton and Khan would get $25 Million each 2 fight eachother, why??? That's not a Mega Fight. Its not even an interesting fight. 1 guy is still dazed from that wicked left Pacquiao hit him with and the other 1 wants no part of the young lions in his division. And they deserve $25 Million a piece 2 fight eachother??? Get the **** outta here. **** Ricky Hatton!!! Fat, lazy bum. Super overrated would be an understatement. Amir Khan is just *****.Comment

It's the risk versus reward factor. Hatton believed that he just might edge out the other guy due to 'size' and strength, and if he did fail well, he always had that 'I fought the best' excuse for doing so. His performance against the two best p4p showed that he did not belong amongst the elite. He avoided Witter and seemed genuinely nervous when Witter called him out to his face.At least he's got the balls to step into a ring over forty times and be beaten only by the two best fighters of a generation. He made a career out of fighting people either too small or past their primes and when he fought another fighter in his prime, Hatton came up short, very short actually (I don't consider wrestling to be part of the sport of boxing). It is also amazing some of the roughhouse stunts he got away with in the ring.Comment
