Comments Thread For: Hatton vs Khan: Ricky's Rep Won't Rule The Fight Out

Ricky Hatton, 32, has not fought since last May's two round knockout loss to Manny Pacquiao. Hatton has refused to announce his retirement, but he did say recently - "I don't think I will have a fight again. I don't have any fire in the belly for a fight or to get myself to a gym." Welterweight Fight

This would be interesting to see at welter. Ok Freddy since Bradley looked "bad" at welter lets see you do better at welter with khan against Hatton. If Hatton puts the cheeseburger down he might knock this kids block off in a welterweight showdown. I would definitely want to see this one. Who gets the KO!?

Both of them have a rd11 tko over Malignaggi .This could be even but even at that I think Hatton would have to watch he doesn't get caught early like against Pac .Think the amount of opponents Khan takes out early even tho he's been took out himself .If that happened to Hatton his comeback would be a nightmare .If the fight was to happen and Hatton fought the way he fought against Paulie then maybe but he'd have to watch Khan's speed and power .Think it could be a bad style of match-up's for Hatton man but maybe wrong.

I dont think hatton should fight again...but if this did happen, i could see khan putting a whooping on him with speed and movement, and then at some point hatton catching him and dropping him like he did maussa! khan gonna ko'd badly soon, its all gonna end badly amir! you aint gotta be mystic meg to see it either!

Honestly Khan would punch the **** out of Hatton. Who the **** wants to see that but a bunch of drunkin brits? Hatton just got KTFO bad. I think he could have a few fights but fighting Khan is kind of silly. Khan is just too young, too fast, and too stong. An undefeated Hatton from a couple of years ago when he had that undefeated buzz maybe. Khan has gotten better and Hatton seems shot. Ricky would have to rebiuld and get the training aspect figured out.

It's easy to say Khan would piss all over Hatton at this point. If Hatton got himself in shape and got training then you might be swayed to think he could KO Khan.

I think Khan would KO Hatton within 2 rounds at this point. Hatton is probably shot and he's always had to eat shots to land his own, anyway. Khan would be nailing him from the get-go.
