Is Teddy Atlas Right to want more time to Prepare ?

    @ Addix your right Atlas hasnt been traing povetkin for very long and i suppose if your his trainer and YOU KNOW he wont win then its pointless - so what exactly does povetkin need to improve on apart from SPEED & POWER ?

      Povetkin is 30. How many years does one need to develop? He really needs to start fighting tougher competition.

      Atlas: He needs time to develop.
      Translation: We're waiting for Wlad to become shot.

        I think, maybe, he's waiting for him to grow another 4 inches taller!

          I understand the why part of not fighting Klitschko, Teddy gave pretty good reasons on Friday Night Fights, but what happens to Povetkin in the IBF ratings?

          I am sure he drops from #1 but where does he get put in the ratings?
