Top Rank CEO Bob Arum has informed Kevin Iole of Yahoo Sports that WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao will move up to the junior middleweight division to challenge Antonio Margarito for the vacant WBC title on November 13. Margarito's team will once again attempt to get him a license in Las Vegas. If that moves fails, the fight will take place in Monterrey, Mexico.

i hate this fight for all the right reasons.

& fighting a known cheater who was just KTFO still baffles me.

and next thing you know this will be fought at a catchweight for the WBC title.


but i must admit, this will be exciting due to their styles.

I don't see the fight as being exciting. Watching an exciting Pacquiao fight is when he fights someone who actually has some boxing skills. I think Margarito is way overmatched here, and I don't like of how he is pushed to the front of the line when there are way better opponents for Pacquiao to fight. Why can't they make Angulo-Pacquiao for the vacant title? At least Angulo didn't just get KOd here recently like Margarito did.
