I've thought for a while now that a good solid test for Bertolucci would be a fight with Joshua Clottey. HBO would be more willing to make that fight over a unification fight with the IBF or the WBA champs, who no ones anything about. A few other guys I'd like to see against Berto: def. A Collazo rematch since that was highly entertaining and maybe a Cotto fight- I don't care if it's at WW or JMW... Also a Berto vs Bradley would be great I believe

I disagree I say Cotto lands his left hook and down goes Berto, But before that he will control the fight off his jab. Berto has a better chance at beating Mosley than Cotto imo.

I'm not sold on Berto's chin.

He got rattled by Collazo and got dropped by Cosma Rivera.

They also talk about him being dropped in the amateurs often.

So that's a ? for me.

And he can't fight like he did against Urango.

That clinch pot shot type offense aint gonna cut it against Cotto.

That uppercut will ruin Cotto's world if he aint careful.

The Rivera KD was from a punch he didn't even see coming... he got up and continued with the gameplan in that fight... I think he can take a shot, but anybody can get dropped from something they don't see.

On the Urango performance, he doesn't seem to do very well with southpaw fighters aside from his last performance against Quintana which was brilliant.

I've notived his clinching doubles against southpaws because it's awkward when trying to come in to get your shots in.

I don't see him fighting Cotto the same way.

Nah, that earmuff defense of Cotto isn't going to work well with Berto's explosiveness down the middle. Berto has a tremendous jab himself that is more explosive, faster, and more powerful than Cotto's. Cotto just has excellent timing with his jab.

Cotto is open down the middle, and if Berto lets go a few of those uppercuts he could drop Cotto for sure.

It would be no cake walk, so I am certainly not saying that... Berto would be in the fight of his life.

Berto vs Margarito or Cotto is a fight I would liek to see. He could win either, Margarito would be more challenging though. I think He should stay away from Clottey and Mosley, since I would slightly favor them.

Clottey is a knuckle heat, but he has the style to make berto look very bad, and is more accurate, and stronger. Berto doesn't have single shot power so I could see Clottey doing a number to him if he doesn't go into cruise control. Up to this point the best fighter berto has fought is Collazo and its a fight he could have lost.

I see it this way, Clotteys only clear loss came from Pacquiao, and other than Mayweather no one beats pacquiao at 147. Clottey could lose, but he is better than Berto, his focus is what holds him back.

The Garcia fight didn't do much to convince me that he still got it.

I think if Berto fights Margo he could somewhat replicate what Mosley did against him,
