When have you sensed tension/nerves in a fighter

When have you sensed tension/nerves in a fighter?

Mayweather against Hatton, even on his ring walk he looked full of trepidation, he was also tight as anything when the bell rang, infact i think Roger or Ellerbe kept telling him to relax.

Barrett against Haye, dude started coming apart days before the fight complaining about the way he had been treated, that and the fact he ran to the ring and fell over the top rope was a sure sign, to me at least, that he had let all the nervous energy consume him.

Khan against Barrera, this was not Amir's come back fight but it prolly was his first biggest test since that KO, i sensed a lot of jittery, nervous energy from the way he fought in the early rounds, it was as though he was using his speed at a high intensity because he was trying control that nervous energy.

I thought mayweather was just focused against Hatton, Hatton looked nervous in my book and the Hatton that come out against Pacquiao looked drained and nervous. Floyd looked fearless and composed for Mosley.

Tyson looked pretty nervous going into the Lewis fight, and Holyfield rematch as well.

Oliver McCall- I don't know what the word is to describe him.

Before Toney-Holyfield, Jim Gray interviewed Holyfield, and he seemed rather tense and nervous.

theres a vid of mayweather saying he values his win over hatton more than marquez or mosley. all he kept bringing up was that none of those guys could have beaten tzsyu. that enamored floyd for some reason. i knida wish floyd would have fought kostya back then he seemingly has some mad respect for that guy.

Yeah Tyson definitely looked nervous there to me.

You know how they say Tyson always fought like you stole something from him? well i always attributed that to his nerves, as though he had to get rid of that tension asap and that, that is why he fought so aggressive so early in the fight looking for a KO.
