Comments Thread For: Sauerland: Klitschko Gave Povetkin a "Slave Contract"

I have to say, it seems more and more that the K-bros are raking in the dough and leaving their opponents to fight for pennies on the dollar. I can see one guy pulling out with that excuse but three guys who I guess are promoted by separate promoters. I know Sauerland does a lot of promoting in Europe, not sure if he promotes both Povetkin and Valuev, but I do remember that Haye was going to receive like literally nothing in the contract offered to him. Like Vitali would get all the PPV cash, 90% of the gate, and Haye was going to get the money from Sentana or whatever that British network was that was going under.

Guys-sorry for taking over the last part of these posts. I read through from #1 to the end and couldn't let all that crap go without my commenting.
ONE THING I MUST EMPHASIZE. That is that I don't blame these guys for not wanting to fight the Klitschkos, even for double or treble money. they know they will be stamped on. My complaint is against the ignorant, over-biased, nincompoopian posters, who couldn't see their way across a deserted road in broad sunlight.Comment

Second you dum@ss, Gaye was offered 50-50 of the ENTIRE pot, not 10%, NO OPTIONS. His Gaye @ss manager confirmed it on the Dunce show. You are thinking of the first fight with with Wlad that Gaye backed out of with a fake back injury and that was Gaye's choice to get that kind of deal, Wlad was going to offer him more money, don't blame Wlad for Gaye not being a good manager. Oh and his ***** @ss was complaining of 3 options that the Klitschkos had on him, well Saureland and King got 3 options on him for fighting Valubum, oh he said before that he wanted to fight both brothers, all of sudden that became a "slave contract".
Seriously, don't post if you are going to miscontrue the facts or you just plain don't know them.Comment

This claim is just garbage. 2+ million to fight the champ while being untested and never really making any money is pretty fair in my opinion. If you want the real scoop on why the fight didn't take place go watch a replay of lasts nights ESPN friday night fights and listen closely to what Teddy Atlas says.
End of story.Comment
