it doesnt matter what hes willing to make to fight pacquiao, what matters is that hes fighting for a 154lb belt but hes only allowed to weigh 150 or 151 pounds, thats bull****. yeah i know its within the weight limit for the division buts its not the division weight limit so why award somebody a belt and call them a champion in a division they cant even fight people in that division without handicapping them?, thats bull**** too.
